Brussels Belgium – March 11, 2020 – She Leads Digital, a non-profit organization for women and youth, announced today the launch of its new Advisory Board for the year 2020, a group of committed professional leaders who have a passion for our work and mission. She Leads Digital focuses on TVET(Technical Vocational Education & Traning) by providing hands-on programs!
As we know by know the demand for STEM & Cybersecurity professionals will continue to grow at high rates for the foreseeable future. Yet when we read and see the facts today only a fraction of girls and women pursuing STEM degrees and career paths, and we find ourselves left with a large gap between supply and demand that will impact our ability to innovate and solve today’s challenges!
And when you look at the ever-growing population in Africa, where millions of young people leaving colleges every year, and the problem of unemployment is increasingly becoming a nightmare, She Leads Digital is committed to providing technical training and assisting youths to maximize and learn to use this untapped opportunity that the digital/technical space.
And this is where She Leads Digital focuses on opportunities to show girls and young women about how varied, engaging and impactful STEM & Cybersecurity jobs can be in order to help meet the challenges of the upcoming future.

We look for board of advisors who have a deep understanding of entrepreneurship, a passion for providing access to women and youth ecosystems around the world, and a dedication to the development (and success) of closing the digital divide and youth unemployment
