PREPARE YOUR EVENING MEALS IN ADVANCE

Or at least have an idea of what you plan to eat during the week. The one important thing is having a clean bill of health and eating takeout because you had a long day at work and you were too tired to cook yourself something healthy for dinner so planning what your meal will be during the week could lead you living a healthier life and If you have the opportunity to prepare your meals of the week on Sunday please do it without hesitation.

TAKING TIME IN PRACTICING #SELFCARE

In today’s day we are all busy doing something and finding the time to take proper care of yourself can be hard. But if you don’t, it won’t be long before you’re battered from exhaustion that’s why we encourage you to practice some selfcare so you can start you’re week off as relaxed as you possibly can,

So, please do not hesitate to do something that will help you relax and unwind maybe a hot bath, cook your favorite meal, give yourself a manicure, watch your favorite Netflix series…In short, decompress before starting a new week.
